Highlights include:

  • Leads design of ATK’s five star native mobile app for iOS and Android

  • Created a dedicated UX Research role and practice at ATK, including our first co-design panel & first longitudinal user research platform

  • Changed hearts and minds focused on short-term gains to the merits of meaningful, and long-term relationship building, leading a full overhaul and consolidation of the ATK IA, UX, and product ecosystem

  • Paired with UI and Engineering to plan, execute and evolve ATK’s first design system

Design Strategist bringing design leadership, culture, process, and opportunities to this full-stack development shop

Highlights include:

  • Designed for designers! Used creative play, interviews, and on-site observation to translate Continuum’s work practices into how their website feels

  • Brought external perspective, research, and testing/interview support to Autodesk’s UX team as they prepared to launch a new product/LOB

  • Moved Vermonster’s school-bus mapping app, Schoolbot, from a data-first approach to one grounded in parents’ needs and routines

  • Organized a grassroots program for women at Arnold, then broadly, in advertising

  • Designed a content-driven social game for Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project – Arnold’s first responsive web application

  • Transformed a hidden wishlist tool into a visual, social, creative platform for American Eagle’s .com users
